Qualifications

• Higher technical education (construction-related majors preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Knowledge of building codes and current industry standards.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of employees.

• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Familiarity with industry programs and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the process of completing building shells.
• Planning and coordinating construction work according to deadlines and budget.
• Supervise the construction team and cooperate with other company departments.
• Ensure safety and compliance of implemented projects with applicable standards and regulations.
• Monitor the progress of the work, identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
• Progress reporting and communication with customers and suppliers.
