Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications.
• Clinical research experience at the site level required.
• Nurse or other healthcare professional preferred.
• CRA experience preferred.
• Experience in Respiratory (IPF, PAH, COPD) or Dermatology (Atopic Dermatitis) preferred.
• Must have high flexibility to travel, including international travel.
• Clinical competence in the therapeutic area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions.
• Solutions-oriented approach and positive attitude.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 102 800,00 zł - 190 900,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
