Job description

• Supervising the daily operations of the Shopping Center and working with tenants on a daily basis
• Ensuring the functionality and day-to-day operation of the Shopping Center
• Representing the owner of the Shopping Center in the most proper way in any contact with the public authorities, utilities companies, tenants, business partners
• Daily contact and cooperation with tenants
• Preparing yearly operation budget
• Promoting by marketing and advertising of the Shopping Center
• Reporting to Company headquarters
• Reviewing and analyzing of operation reports
