Job summary

Univio in Wroclaw is seeking a Shopify Specialist to lead end-to-end e-commerce projects built on Shopify / Shopify Plus. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and manage client workshops from requirements to implementation.

You will configure stores, integrate payments and shipping, work with apps, and collaborate with design and development teams to deliver scalable, high-conversion storefronts. Fluent English at least B2 is required, and you will train users after go-live.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience delivering e-commerce projects on Shopify / Shopify Plus.
• Lead client conversations, workshops, gather requirements, and translate into implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify admin panel: products, collections, orders, payments, shipping, Markets, discounts, apps.
• Know when to use native capabilities, apps, or custom solutions.
• English level at least B2 for documentation and communication.
• Understand e-commerce integrations and processes in online sales, logistics, payments, order management, and product management.

Responsibilities

• Working with e-commerce solutions built on Shopify / Shopify Plus — from needs analysis through to the independent implementation of solutions.
• Running workshops, consultations, and client meetings to understand business processes, goals, and e-commerce needs.
• Translating business requirements into specific functional and technical solutions within the Shopify ecosystem.
• End-to-end configuration and implementation of Shopify / Shopify Plus stores, including store settings, product catalogues, payments, shipping, markets, customer accounts, and apps.
• Implementing and developing frontend and backend functionality using Shopify’s available capabilities, apps, and custom development where standard solutions are not sufficient.
• Collaborating with development and design teams, as well as clients, throughout every stage of the project.
• Preparing functional, technical, and user documentation.
• Presenting implemented solutions, training end users, and supporting clients after the store goes live.
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that increase store efficiency, conversion, and scalability.
