Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Software Developer to design and develop enterprise systems in a SharePoint environment. The role focuses on delivering robust .NET-based applications, maintaining performance, and documenting technical solutions for complex business needs.

You will work across the data, business logic and UI layers, participate in Scrum teams, and help lead technical initiatives while ensuring code quality and timely deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Full-stack SharePoint support or development.
• NET / .NET Core and SQL Server development with T-SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Web Services and REST API.
• At least 1 internationally recognized certification in software development.
• Completed full lifecycle of at least one solution.
• Expertise in enterprise software systems in the specified domain.
• UML design skills and ability to model applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full-stack SharePoint support or developer role (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features etc.)
• Microsoft .NET / Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server applications development with T‑SQL knowledge, Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience with Web Services, REST API, HTTP API
• At least 1 certification among: Intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
• Knows UML and can design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Worked in Scrum developments
• Is capable for leading technical teams
• Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions
• Presents problem solving skills
• ICT relevant degree is mandatory
