Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to collaborate with the Product Management Team on Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives. You will design robust, scalable, business-aligned solutions within the SFMC ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs while ensuring enterprise architecture compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong technical knowledge of its core capabilities.
• Ability to create SFMC-based marketing technology solution designs and understand SFMC architecture, data model, automations, journeys, segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Proven experience with SFMC integrations with external systems, data platforms, CRM systems, APIs, or middleware.
• Ability to challenge, explain, and defend technical design decisions before Architects and senior technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end SFMC solution designs that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and standards.
• Translate business, marketing, and data requirements into clear technical concepts, designs, integration flows, and implementation guidelines.
• Design scalable SFMC solutions across data model, journeys, automation, segmentation, personalization, campaigns and integrations.
• Present and defend proposed designs to Architects and other technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, marketing, data, integration, architects, developers, and vendors.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and trade-offs, proposing practical mitigations.
