Sii Sp. z o.o. is hiring a ServiceNow Developer (f/m/x) for our Gdańsk office.

You will join a team delivering ServiceNow projects across ITSM/ITOM modules, developing and administrating the platform, creating automation, dashboards, and integrations. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong English and Polish language skills, and collaboration in SCRUM teams. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Request.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Develop scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Provide testing, deployment support, and mentor junior team members.

About the project

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
