Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. w Rzeszowie poszukuje Developera ServiceNow, który dołączy do zespołu realizującego projekty z modułami ITSM/ITOM/CMDB. Doświadczenie i zaangażowanie będą kluczowe w pracy nad platformą używaną przez klientów z Europy i USA.

Zakres obowiązków obejmuje analizę potrzeb, tworzenie dokumentacji, konfigurację i integracje (REST/SOAP), rozwijanie skryptów, dashboards i raportowanie, a także testy i wsparcie wdrożeń.

Qualifications

• Wymagane minimum 2 lata doświadczenia jako ServiceNow Developer.
• Doświadczenie w modułach: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management.
• Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne.
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego; wymagana biegła znajomość języka polskiego.
• Zamieszkanie w Polsce.

Responsibilities

• Analizowanie potrzeb i uczestniczenie w sesjach przeglądowych – analiza potrzeb rozwojowych i udział w wymaganiach, przeglądach projektów i SCRUM.
• Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji oraz walidacja rozwiązań technicznych przed wdrożeniem.
• Rozwijanie i administrowanie ServiceNow, w tym konfiguracja, bezpieczeństwo, zarządzanie danymi, workflow, integracje (REST/SOAP), aktualizacje platformy.
• Tworzenie rozwiązań, skrypty (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow, portale, widgety i dashboardy z możliwościami raportowania.
• Zapewnienie zgodności z wewnętrznymi standardami deweloperskimi i identyfikacja możliwości automatyzacji w celu poprawy UX.
• Wsparcie w testach, działaniach wdrożeniowych i mentoring młodszych członków zespołu.

About the project

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
