Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. in Kielce is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (f/m/x) to join our ServiceNow team. You will work on multiple projects across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules, developing and administering platforms, integrating REST/SOAP services, and ensuring quality through SCRUM processes.

The role requires at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, fluent English, and fluent Polish, with on-site work in Kielce, Poland.

• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Your responsibilities

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
