We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Your tasks
- Monitoring and improving the quality of GI infrastructure and foundation data within ServiceNow
- Managing and maintaining ServiceNow data assets, documentation, dashboards, and related materials
- Ensuring compliance with data governance processes and standards across systems and teams
- Leading data quality initiatives for ServiceNow and LeanIX repositories, including CMDB and ITOM modules
- Providing insights through data analysis and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders and managing technical escalations, ensuring system integrity
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially Foundation Data and IT Operations Management (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Understanding of data modelling, visualization, and performance analytics tools
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and architecture (on-prem, cloud, network, security)
- Knowledge of CSDM, ITSM best practices, configuration management, and MDM
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional collaboration
- Academic or practical background in IT and fluent English knowledge
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
