Service Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:• Perform warranty and post-warranty workshop repairs in accordance with established procedures.• Communicate with customers regarding the progress and outcomes of workshop activities.• Collaborate with the warehouse and courier companies to ensure efficient logistics support for the workshop.• Maintain records of spare parts and service tools, including replenishing service cases, reporting shortages, and managing inventory. Coordinate personal protective equipment (PPE) needs, including ordering, verifying condition, and reporting requirements.• Calibrate measuring instruments and maintain records. Inspect and certify power tools.• Ensure the service station is orderly, including proper disposal of materials.• Report and implement improvements, changes, and procedures within the service station and workshop.

Qualifications for the role
  • Technical education, preferably at a higher level (fields of preference: Automation, Robotics, Electronics).
  • Knowledge of automation and drive system control.
  • Professional experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Independence, responsibility, and punctuality in task execution.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Effective communication skills with customers.
  • Proficiency in English for seamless communication in an international environment.
