Field service is a key strategic growth area in EMEA. To support business growth and improve customer service in the region, we are seeking a motivated Service Specialist for on-site services in paper, board, tissue, and pulp drying technologies.

The position is located in Świecie or Jelenia Góra, Poland, working in the CEN area.

As a Service Specialist, you will supervise on-site services, testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting customer processes. You will also develop service concepts, plan and prepare services, and support sales as a technical advisor.

Qualifications:
  • Technical education focusing on mechanics/machinery construction or equivalent experience in mechanical service/maintenance.
  • Knowledge of mechanics; hydraulics and pneumatics are a plus.
  • Experience in the paper industry is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German or other languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel (~60-80%).
