This role leads the global delivery of the ITD service, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high‑quality operations across regions. You will act as the primary service owner and stakeholder interface, balancing risk reduction with business enablement.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise security or investigative services
• Strong understanding of insider threat risks, data exfiltration, and detection concepts
• Experience working with SIEM, DLP, or insider risk technologies
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across regions

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience supporting or partnering with internal investigations or HR/legal teams
• Familiarity with machine learning‑assisted triage or automation workflows
• Prior experience operating within a global professional services environment
