Seargin Ltd in Poland seeks an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate multiple fully managed IT services and ensure seamless service integration. You will own a service portfolio supporting Legal and Risk Assurance, ensuring continuity, quality, and regulatory alignment.

You will monitor external vendors against SLAs, oversee security and operational compliance including IT policy, backups, and vulnerability management, and coordinate Information Security audits.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT service management.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles, service management processes and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple vendors or managed service providers, monitoring delivery and SLAs.
• Practical experience with IT compliance activities and internal audits, tracking findings and remediation.
• Ability to work during Central European Time business hours and collaborate across time zones.
• Fluent English communication with vendors, stakeholders and internal teams.

• Act as a Service Integrator, coordinating multiple fully managed IT services delivered by external vendors and ensuring effective service integration.
• Manage the IT Service Portfolio
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of IT services supporting the Legal and Risk Assurance domain, ensuring service continuity and quality.
• Monitor and manage external vendors against agreed service management targets, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Security and Operational Compliance
  • Oversee compliance with security and operational standards, including vulnerability management, IT Policy Framework (ITPF), backup and restore procedures, and secret rotation.
• Coordinate Information Security Audits
  • Prepare for and support internal Information Security audits focused on ITPF compliance, including tracking audit findings and ensuring their timely closure.

Requirements

• IT Service Management Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT service management, preferably within complex enterprise environments.
• ITIL Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles, service management processes, and operational best practices.
• Vendor and Service Provider Management
  • Experience managing multiple vendors or managed service providers, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
• IT Compliance and Audit Experience
  • Practical experience with IT compliance activities and internal audits, including tracking findings and supporting remediation.
• CET Business Hours Availability
  • Ability to work during Central European Time business hours and collaborate with teams across relevant time zones.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
