Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, after‑sales inspections, and servicing of agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to dealers, coordinate product line rectification activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage equipment repair projects.
• Conduct regular customer visits, perform equipment inspections, and manage acceptance checks and maintenance for newly arrived machines.
• Ensure timely spare parts supply, support the execution of spare parts sales plans, and contribute to improved customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, evaluate, and diagnose technical problems, carry out mechanical repairs, and replace faulty components.
• Submit service reports accurately and on time, and work closely with China‑based engineers and sales teams to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service or after‑sales service; experience in the agricultural machinery industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
