Service Engineer

FOSS is seeking an experienced Service Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our equipment. The person in this role will also provide technical support to customers, assist in troubleshooting, and conduct training sessions on the operation of our solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnosing issues, identifying faults, and performing repairs
  • Conducting periodic inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Providing professional technical support to customers (both remotely and on-site)
  • Maintaining service documentation
  • Collaborating with Sales and R&D departments to resolve technical issues
  • Reporting service activities
Requirements:
  • Technical education background
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level
  • Self-reliance and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Category B driving license
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Poland
  • SEP “E” certification up to 1kV
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus
