Responsibilities

As a Finance Controlling & Service Delivery Specialist, you will manage budgets, relevant stakeholders and vendor contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining financial credibility to meet both current business expectations and future demands. You will ensure smooth service delivery in Business Tech Operations for H&M stores and brands, offices and warehouses from mainly the controlling but also service delivery perspective.

You will:

  • Own and steer budget planning for many markets including stores and warehouse with monthly and quarterly follow-ups with relevant key stakeholders.
  • Secure financial visibility to support decision making and cost optimizing opportunities.
  • Handling and setting routines for invoice handling.
  • Contribute to procurement processes by preparing financial evaluations and business cases for support services.
  • Manage and monitor vendor contracts to ensure financial compliance and value delivery.
  • Coordinate financial aspects of change management and ensure stakeholders are informed of budgetary implications.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Assess service delivery needs and support the realization of the service roadmap.
  • Secure that service deliveries and changes are coordinated and aligned with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
