LBC Mortgage is hiring an entry-level AI Search & SEO Specialist to get our brand found and recommended on Google, Google Maps and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity.

This is a hands-on, learn-fast role. You don't need years of SEO experience. You need to be obsessed with AI tools, follow a plan, test new ideas every week and track what works. New AI platforms and agents appear every few weeks, and you'll make sure we show up on them.

• Heavy daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Clear, natural writing in English.
• Self-starter who learns fast and isn't tied to old ways.
• Comfortable with social media and online communities.
• Organized and able to track numbers in a spreadsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Build our listings on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare and YellowPages.
• Keep our info consistent across platforms (NAP).
• Use Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to get mentions in AI tools.
• Run SEO for our website to improve mortgage search rankings with AI.
• Post in online communities like Reddit and Quora.
• Grow reviews on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot.
• Track weekly results: rankings, AI mentions, leads, loans.
• Stay ahead by testing new AI platforms and recommending next steps.

This is a hands‑on, learn‑fast role. You don't need years of SEO experience. You need to be obsessed with AI tools, follow a plan, test new ideas every week and track what works. New AI platforms and agents appear every few weeks, and you'll make sure we show up on them.

What you'll do

1. Build our listings. Create and maintain profiles on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare and YellowPages.
2. Keep our info consistent. Make sure our name, address and phone number match exactly on every platform.
3. Get us cited by AI. Use Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to get LBC Mortgage mentioned in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and new AI agents as they launch.
4. Run SEO for our website. Improve rankings for mortgage searches using AI tools to plan content, keywords and page updates.
5. Post in online communities. Share helpful mortgage content on Reddit, Quora and similar forums.
6. Grow reviews. Help satisfied clients leave reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot.
7. Track results. Report weekly on rankings, AI mentions, leads and funded loans you helped bring in.
8. Stay ahead. Test new AI platforms early and recommend where we should be next.

Who we're looking for

Required

Nice to have

• Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, business or related field
• Any experience with SEO, content, Google Business Profile or website editing
• Interest in real estate, mortgages or personal finance
