Job summary

Clipster is seeking an SEO Marketing Lead to take full ownership of SEO, from technical optimization to content strategy and link building. You will own and drive programmatic SEO initiatives, optimize for AI-powered search, and manage the SEO budget while partnering with the founder and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, measurable results in organic traffic and rankings, and strong collaboration with engineers and content teams to migrate to clipster.com.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning SEO strategy with measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO: crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects.
• Experience with programmatic SEO and scalable landing pages.
• Hands-on link building and off-page SEO outreach.
• SEO content strategy development including keyword research.
• Excellent written English and ability to translate SEO needs to tech tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Clipster's SEO strategy, setting priorities and driving results across technical SEO, content, and off-page optimization.
• Work with engineering to improve crawlability, indexing, site structure, internal linking, structured data, and website performance, including migration to clipster.com.
• Develop and execute programmatic SEO initiatives, landing pages, comparison pages, and other opportunities using data.
• Build and run link-building campaigns, secure quality backlinks, and develop relationships with relevant websites and industry partners.
• Drive digital PR initiatives, including media outreach, guest publications, podcast appearances, and content placements.
• Work with our content lead to develop SEO briefs, identify keyword opportunities, and optimize existing and new content.
• Improve Clipster's visibility across Google and AI-powered search engines.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, and conversions to understand what's working and continuously improve results.
