Join our Marketing Department as SEO & AI Visibility Team Leader.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind G2A.COM’s global visibility strategy. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of SEO specialists and content creators, guiding the company into a new era of search and AI-powered content marketing.

You’re a perfect match for the role, if:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and Content Marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• You thrive at the intersection of SEO, GEO, and AI – you’re curious about how LLMs, generative AI, and new search experiences are transforming content discovery

• You’re data- and KPI-driven
• You have experience managing large, international SEO and content projects
• You have at least a B2 level of English, allowing you to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing

• You build strong relationships and effectively coordinate cross-team initiatives

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the SEO & Content Marketing team
• Designing and executing the global SEO, ASO, GEO, and Content Marketing strategy – positioning G2A.COM at the top of search results and AI-generated answers (AI Overviews, Chatbots, LLMs)
• Taking full ownership of the GEO project – a company-wide initiative aimed at maximizing G2A.COM’s presence in AI-generated results
• Managing this area holistically by identifying all teams, processes, and activities impacting AI visibility, integrating them into a coherent strategy, and ensuring effective execution
• Co-designing new services, products, and solutions based on innovative technologies and interactive tools
• Monitoring performance, analyzing data, setting ambitious KPIs, and striving for continuous improvement of all digital solutions
• Implementing innovative tools, automation, and modern techniques to scale results
• Acting as a thought leader – staying ahead of trends, testing new approaches, and setting industry standards
