Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zabbix in enterprise environments.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management ITIL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitoring-related issues and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents, problems, service requests, and changes for the monitoring platform.
• Maintain and tune Zabbix configurations, templates, discovery rules, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot alerts and integration issues; perform alert tuning and notifications.
• Onboard new infrastructure and services into monitoring.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new components.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, database and network teams.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement of monitoring services.
