PwC Polska poszukuje doświadczonego specjalisty ds. integracji Workday na stanowisko Senior Workday Integration Consultant. Rola obejmuje projektowanie i rozwijanie integracji Workday we współpracy z klientami, planowanie warsztatów oraz zapewnienie wysokiej jakości technicznej.

Kluczowe kompetencje to znajomość Workday stack (Studio, EIB, PECI/WECI, RaaS) oraz standardowych technologii integracyjnych (XML, JSON, SOAP/REST). Oferujemy pracę hybrydową, możliwości rozwoju i wsparcie szkoleniowe.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w roli Workday Technical/Integration Consultant.
• Praca w dużej organizacji z implementacją HR/HRIS.
• Znajomość stacku integracyjnego Workday i technologii integracyjnych.
• Znajomość XML/XSLT/JSON/Java/SOAP/REST.
• Znajomość narzędzi Workday (Studio, EIB, PECI/WECI, RaaS) mile widziana.
• Certyfikaty Workday mile widziane (HCM, Integration, Studio, Extend).

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie i rozwijanie integracji Workday z klientami i zespołem.
• Analiza wymagań klienta i określanie wzorców integracyjnych.
• Współpraca z dostawcami zewnętrznymi nad rozwiązaniami.
• Planowanie i prowadzenie warsztatów projektowych z klientem.
• Zapewnienie odpowiednich technologii integracyjnych i terminowości.
• Utrzymywanie relacji z klientem na bazie zaufania i zaangażowania.

We are looking for:

Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Your future role:

• Design and develop Workday integrations with close cooperation with our Clients and other team members,
• Using your analysis skills to identify and document Client requirements, determine integration patterns,
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to create solutions,
• Plan and lead design workshops with the Client,
• Ensure usage of appropriate Workday integration technology, meeting timelines and quality needs,
• Maintaining partnership relations with your Client based on trust, professionalism and engagement.
  
  

Apply if you have:

• A demonstrable history of working in at least one of the following positions: Workday Technical / Integration Consultant,
• Previous background in HR Software as a Service implementation HR / HCM technical team in a large company working with dedicated IT system,
• A solid knowledge and experience with Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/ WECI connectors, RaaS) is preferred,
• Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) are preferred,
• Standard integration technology stack knowledge (XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java and Web Services, SOAP, REST) is a must,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
