PwC Poland is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead deployments, gather requirements in client sessions, and propose effective solutions across R2R, P2P and O2C. You will configure, test and migrate data to ensure the solution meets client expectations.

You will also assist integrations, mentor junior team members and support business development. The role offers hybrid work, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading Workday implementations or ERP projects.
• Knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C processes and related systems.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

We are looking for:

Senior Workday Financial Consultant (rola projektowa)

Your future role:

• Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles,
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
• Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals,
• Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
• System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday,
• Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions,Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology,
• Share knowledge, support and mentor a new Team Members,
• Support the sales activities and business development.

Apply if you have:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
• Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems,
• Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
