Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead Workday Financial deployments and engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements.

You will drive solution design, data conversion, integrations, and knowledge sharing, with a focus on process improvement and advisory support. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading Workday implementations.
• Experience in R2R, P2P, O2C modules.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools for automation and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financial deployments in client projects.
• Conduct client sessions to gather requirements and analyze needs.
• Propose recommendations to meet client goals and improve processes.
• Advise on best practices and implement system enhancements.
• Configure, test, and manage data activities for the solution.
• Assist data conversion from legacy systems to Workday.

We are looking for:

Senior Workday Financial Consultant (rola projektowa)

Your future role:

• Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles,
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
• Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals,
• Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
• System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday,
• Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions,Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology,
• Share knowledge, support and mentor a new Team Members,
• Support the sales activities and business development.

Apply if you have:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
• Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems,
• Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
