Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join a global implementation project focusing on Workday Financial Management. You will work remotely with the implementation partner to ensure alignment with Polish regulations, including JPK and KSeF.

You will guide the rollout, advise on integrations, and help produce training materials for end-users. The role emphasizes collaboration with international teams, freedom to engage in workshops, and contribution to a successful

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Management.
• Strong understanding of Polish financial regulations, especially JPK and KSeF.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in implementation projects and providing consultancy services.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participating in discussions and workshops with the implementation partner to align goals.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Financial Management functionalities during the rollout.
• Advise on Polish regulations to ensure compliance (JPK, KSeF).
• Collaborate with the global team to address market-specific challenges.
• Support SAP transitions by advising on integrations retained post-migration.
• Contribute to project documentation and end-user training materials.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join a global implementation project focusing on Workday Financial Management. This role is crucial as it involves collaborating with a global implementation partner to ensure alignment with Polish financial regulations and requirements. You will have the opportunity to work remotely while engaging in discussions and workshops with the implementation partner to drive the project forward. Your tasks

• Participating in discussions and workshops with the implementation partner to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals
• Providing expert guidance on Workday Financial Management functionalities to support the implementation process
• Advising on local Polish financial regulations, including JPK and KSeF requirements, to ensure compliance during the rollout
• Collaborating with the global implementation partner to address challenges specific to the Polish market
• Supporting the transition from SAP by advising on integrations and functionalities that will remain in SAP during the migration
• Contributing to the development of project documentation and training materials for end-users

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Management
• Strong understanding of local Polish financial regulations and requirements, particularly JPK and KSeF
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in participating in implementation projects and providing consultancy services
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Workday HCM
• Knowledge of SAP FI and its integrations would be a significant advantage
