Job summary

Software Mind in Poland seeks an experienced WEBCON BPS specialist to join our WEBCON practice. You will own design of end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions, oversee complex integrations, and set technical standards for client engagements.

You will act as the technical reference for client teams, mentor mid-level developers, review solutions, and collaborate with architects on performance, upgrades and deployment. Fluency in English and strong SQL/JavaScript skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience with WEBCON BPS
• Proven delivery of WEBCON BPS applications from design to production, including migrations/upgrades
• Advanced WEBCON Designer Studio skills and WEBCON SDK (C#, .NET) experience
• Strong T-SQL on Microsoft SQL Server, with performance tuning
• Solid JavaScript, HTML and CSS for advanced form customization
• Good knowledge of system integration methods (REST, SOAP, auth mechanisms)
• English for client-facing work and documentation

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions: architecture, data structures, integration patterns
• Implement complex processes and business rules in Designer Studio; extend with SDK plugins (C#)
• Lead integrations with client systems (ERP, DMS, identity, external APIs) and define reusable patterns
• Make technical decisions on platform configuration, performance, upgrades and environment setup
• Review solutions from other developers and enforce best practices, naming, versioning and deployments
• Support estimation and scoping with the client and delivery lead
• Mentor mid-level developers and share knowledge across the team
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis for critical workflows
