Software Mind invites an experienced WEBCON BPS Developer to join our WEBCON practice and own solution design for complex integrations across client projects. You will be the technical reference for client teams and work with the broader practice to share knowledge and support.

Your role involves designing end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions, implementing processes with Designer Studio and SDK plugins in C#, and leading integrations with client systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with substantial WEBCON BPS work.
• Proven delivery of multiple WEBCON BPS applications from design to production.
• Advanced WEBCON Designer Studio skills and WEBCON SDK (C#, .NET).
• Strong T-SQL on Microsoft SQL Server; performance tuning of processes.
• Solid JavaScript, HTML and CSS for advanced form customization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and authentication mechanisms for system integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process design.
• Fluent English for client-facing work and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions: architecture, data structures, and integration approach.
• Implement complex processes and business rules, using Designer Studio and SDK plugins in C#.
• Lead integrations with client systems (ERP, DMS, identity, external APIs).
• Help define reusable integration patterns and platform configuration.
• Review colleagues' work and enforce best practices in deployment and versioning.
• Support estimation and scoping with client and delivery lead.
• Mentor mid‑level developers and share knowledge across the team.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root‑cause analysis.
