Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a senior WEBCON BPS specialist to join the WEBCON Practice. You will own solution design, oversee complex integrations and set technical standards for the client projects.

The role focuses on WEBCON BPS platforms across financial services, technology and manufacturing sectors. You will work on end-to-end WEBCON BPS implementations, mentoring mid-level developers and aligning with architects on performance, upgrades, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of commercial software development, with substantial WEBCON BPS experience.
• Proven delivery of several WEBCON BPS applications from design through production.
• Advanced WEBCON Designer Studio skills and WEBCON SDK (C#, .NET).
• Strong T-SQL on Microsoft SQL Server with performance tuning.
• Good English for client-facing work and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions: architecture, models, data structures, integration approach.
• Implement complex processes and rules in Designer Studio and extend with SDK plugins in C#.
• Lead integrations with client's ERP, DMS, identity, external APIs; define reusable patterns.
• Make technical decisions on platform config, performance, upgrades and environment setup with architects.
• Review solutions and enforce naming, versioning and deployment standards.
• Support estimation and scoping with client and delivery lead.
• Mentor mid-level developers and share knowledge across the team.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis for critical workflows.
