Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in PR/communications.
• 10+ years client or agency PR/communications experience required.
• Proven ability to drive meaningful media results.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and contracts.
• Oversee budgets and goals/KPIs with clients.
• Provide strategic counsel on media plans and storytelling.
• Analyze PR outcomes and adjust campaigns.
• Lead agency development initiatives and talent growth.
• Coach senior and junior staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Represent the agency to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
