Job summary

Envision Horizons LLC is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Client Services to lead our client-facing teams, drive satisfaction, and scale the organization. This leader will oversee Client Services and integrate Creative and Logistics to deliver holistic client outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services or related leadership role, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments.
• Experience with digital advertising, Amazon/e-commerce platforms.
• Experience developing standardized processes (SOWs, pricing, health-scores) with Finance/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client services team and drive high performance and accountability.
• Oversee Creative and Logistics to ensure cohesive client delivery and growth strategies.
• Design and enforce repeatable client protocols to increase LTV and net revenue retention.
• Manage client lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and retention across all accounts.
• Act as executive contact for key clients, fostering trusted partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead in-person client planning days and train account teams to scale without VP involvement in every engagement.
• Expand engagements beyond Amazon into new marketplaces and channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align capacity planning and pricing frameworks.
• Build and manage client feedback loops and a health scoring system with actionable reporting.
• Oversee client services P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
