Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw seeks an experienced Senior Voice Designer to support dialogue recording, editing, and voice design across projects in Poland and North America. You will help to build tools and workflows for voice-over pipelines and contribute to immersive player experiences.

The role involves in-house sessions and collaboration with Localization, Audio Code, and Sound Design teams, with a hybrid/office-based arrangement in Warsaw. Relocation is supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working with dialogue in games, films or both.
• Experience with recording dialogue during Performance Capture.
• Experience with dialogue recording, editing, voice designs, mixing and mastering.
• Experience with Wwise middleware.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Localization, Audio Code, and Sound Design teams to ensure high-quality dialogue.
• Use Reaper DAW to edit, clean up, and prepare dialogue recordings.
• Design and implement voice-over post-processing solutions for projects.
• Maintain, improve, and support voice-over mastering pipelines and tools.
• Conduct in-house voice recording sessions and support performance capture.
• Design and maintain voice-over related systems and workflows.
• Implement voice-over content in Unreal Engine 5 and Wwise.
