Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Video & Streaming Engineer to join our Live Video team. You will maintain and operate studio equipment, support recordings and live productions, and help deliver high-quality video content for our games, the studio, and events.

You will work with broadcast systems, streaming pipelines, green screen workflows, color grading, and post-production tasks, bringing new technologies to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency in our production workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in video production, broadcast, or streaming.
• Excellent knowledge of broadcast/streaming systems (OBS, ATEM).
• Experience with professional cameras (Blackmagic/Sony/RED).
• Working knowledge of Unreal Engine for virtual production.
• Experience with green screen workflows and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and improve video production systems and streaming pipelines.
• Operate broadcast systems, camera switching, and stream management.
• Ensure stable workflows for live production, recording, and streaming environments.
• Work with cameras, broadcast tools, virtual production setups, and green screen workflows.
• Support post-production tasks like color grading, keying, tracking, and asset delivery.
• Assist with implementing new technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot video equipment, recording systems, streaming setups, and post-production workflows.
• Stay updated with new filming and streaming technologies.
