Senior Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our data management and quantitative analysis team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate trust or other securities industry, with a proven track record of success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:
  • Streamline CLO Compliance Modeling, Waterfall modeling, ESMA reporting and QC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, reducing the risk of errors.
  • Ensure the team remains agile and responsive to evolving directives, while upholding high standards, ensuring compliance, and minimizing disruptions.
  • Lead initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals, thereby contributing to overall success.
  • Oversee the management of maintenance queues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Review legal documents, providing comments, recommendations, and final approval for inclusion in the modeling pipeline.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of financial models and reports.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
  • 7+ years of work experience within corporate trust or other securities industry.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proficient in risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Demonstrated success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at varying levels.
  • Experience coding payment rules using programming languages such as Python.
  • Ability to build Investor Reports that include distributions to holders and high-level asset level information.
