Job summary

Egala seeks a UX/UI Designer in Poznań to shape product experiences. You’ll brainstorm with stakeholders, plan research, and translate insights into high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, ensuring designs are clear for developers.

Requirements include 4–6 years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio, excellent English, and proficiency in Figma/FigJam (Adobe CC optional). You’ll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team with

Qualifications

4–6 years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of 2–3+ case studies.
High English proficiency (C1+) and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with clear updates.
Knowledge of UX principles, research methods, and designing new solutions or reshaping existing ones.
Proficiency with design tools: Figma & FigJam, optionally Adobe CC.
Strong presentation skills – ability to transfer knowledge to the team.
Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude — especially in new tech and AI in design.
