Akamai is seeking a User Experience Designer to craft enterprise and developer-facing products, including next-generation AI infrastructure. You will design end-to-end experiences that simplify complex cloud, security, and AI systems across UI, API, CLI, and IaC, aligning developer workflows with platform capabilities.

You will partner with product owners from concept through launch, transforming ambiguous ideas into cohesive, scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Have UX/UI design experience in product or B2B SaaS.
• Have experience designing developer workflows (APIs, infrastructure).
• Be familiar with AI/ML workflows such as model deployment and inference.
• Have the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Have experience working in ambiguous or early-stage product environments, iterating quickly and delivering clarity through design.
• Be proficient in prototyping and iterative design, using research and analytics to guide design decisions.

Akamai is seeking a User Experience Designer to design enterprise and developer-facing products, including next-generation AI infrastructure. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable experiences for complex systems, from early concept through launch in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will play a key role in designing major products and features, working closely with product owners from concept through launch. You will have a proven track record of shipping products that users love.

As an User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:
