Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Lead Agentic Automation Engineer with UiPath to drive the technical design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions, collaborating with Program Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Test Leads, Project Managers, customer product owners, and cross-functional application squads to ensure consistent engineering standards across integrations, data, security, AI-enabled capabilities, auditability, testing, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UiPath development experience with agentic automation.
• Experience translating requirements into technical designs.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and data mapping.
• Experience with auditability, governance, and security in enterprise apps.
• Experience leading technical investigations and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of AuditBoard and UiCollect.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and tasks.
• Align architectures with shared standards and reusable patterns.
• Provide hands-on guidance to UiPath engineers throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive AI-enabled and document-processing capabilities where required.
