Job summary

Netflix is seeking a frontend-focused engineer to join the Enablement Apps' POSA team in Warsaw. You will contribute to partner integration enablement and backend services that support the partner lifecycle, delivering scalable, user-friendly web applications for 1,000+ external partner users worldwide.

Your role involves collaborating with product managers and designers, modernizing interfaces, and improving performance while addressing complex microservice-based systems and legacy components.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a software development role.
• Strong front-end UI skills and full-stack capabilities.
• Experience with React; Angular is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new technical solutions across teams from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and design to shape product decisions.
• Revamp and update existing web applications with new paved path solutions.
• Streamline user experience with simplicity.
• Maintain and improve applications for partners and internal stakeholders.
