Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an experienced professional to orchestrate transaction management excellence for a major client portfolio. You’ll design governance, drive data quality, and serve as the link between client leadership and JLL delivery teams.

With strong autonomy, you’ll standardize processes, elevate quality, and provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance, shaping efficient deal cycles and trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Real estate expertise with understanding of transaction lifecycles.
• Advanced Excel, complex formulas, pivot tables; VBA is a plus.
• Data validation and analysis to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks for portfolio reporting and deal phases.
• Lead approval workflows across legal, finance, and operations.
• Maintain data integrity in MRI lease administration and trackers.
• Serve as liaison between client real estate org and JLL teams.
• Monitor milestones end-to-end and resolve issues to meet timelines.
• Develop templates and processes to accelerate deal cycles.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on deal status and risks.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new standards.
