Job description

The Senior Total Rewards Specialist supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries and regions. Reporting to the Executive Director Total Rewards will work to support DRiV’s philosophy to attract, retain, motivate and reward employees while ensuring programs are locally relevant, while maintaining compliance with diverse regulatory environments.

This position can be based in Bucharest, Romania or Gliwice, Poland.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and administration of global compensation structures, incentive plans, and annual merit processes.
  • Support the rollout and management of international benefits, wellness, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct global market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance in each region.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on total rewards trends and recommendations
  • Partner with HRBPs to advise on offers, promotions, and retention packages
  • Partner with HRIS, payroll, and local HR teams to ensure accurate data management and processing.
  • Monitor and interpret international compensation and benefits regulations, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist with communications and training for new or updated global rewards programs.
  • Lead or participate in special projects, such as M&A integration or new program rollouts
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in global compensation and benefits and previous experience with HRIS and market pricing tools
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Experience with global HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of international employment law and compliance is a plus.
