Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a Senior Test and Integration Engineer for the Telecom domain in Krakow. You will lead integration and verification efforts for cellular base station software supporting satellite communication, with 5G/NTN focus.

You will design test cases, automate tests, and coordinate across Architecture, Software, and Support teams. The role requires 3-5 years in integration/verification testing, strong Linux, Python/Bash skills, and experience with 4G/5G networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Integration & Verification Test Engineer.
• Proficient Python, Bash, Robot Framework scripting.
• Working familiarity with Linux, Git, and Jira.
• Knowledge of 4G and 5G architectures, interfaces, and 3GPP protocols.
• Hands-on IP and telecom network troubleshooting across software and Lab hardware.
• Strong analytical thinking and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse feature requirements and design test cases based on system specs.
• Document end-to-end test strategies for NTN capabilities.
• Integrate and verify software features in a lab with real hardware and radio components.
• Design, implement, and maintain test automation scripts for products.
• Troubleshoot defects via fault analysis, traces, and log reviews.
• Collaborate with System Architecture, Software Development, and Customer Support teams.
• Define, establish, and optimise testing processes.
• Support demonstrations, pilots, and field trials in verification domains.
• Plan work, estimate workload, and participate in lab maintenance.
• Review customer technical documentation for verification accuracy.
