Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a senior software test engineer in Warsaw to join a Scrum team responsible for debiX platform testing. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests for APIs and user interfaces, ensuring test coverage across releases and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6+ years in software testing, experience with REST/JSON and SQL, and familiarity with regulated payments environments. Remote work up to 40% is possible in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Design and execute UI and API testing strategies to validate system behavior and user journeys.

• Take ownership of test processes and contribute to quality strategy across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to identify improvements and optimize testing workflows.

With your expertise, you will make a significant contribution to the development of a modern and stable hub in a growing and dynamic environment. Shape the new debiX platform and help take the SIX Cards, ATM and Twint ecosystem to the next level. You are a member of one of our Scrum teams and work closely with Software and Requirements Engineers and Product Owners. As part of the team, you will take on tasks across the entire software development lifecycle

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• 6+ years in software testing with experience in API testing and in UI automation tools.
• Understanding of REST/JSON services and SQL-based data querying
• Experience with testing mobile apps on Android and iOS,
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as banking, payments, or fintech and compliance awareness
• Very good written and spoken German with strong communication skills in cross-functional teams
