Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a software tester with 4–5 years of experience to join a global technology leader focused on EV charging systems. You will execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests for electrification products.

You will design test scenarios, document defects, support releases, and mentor junior testers while applying SDLC methodologies and using Jira or Azure DevOps; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems.
• strong hands-on experience in manual, exploratory, regression, and system testing.
• ability to analyze defects and prepare clear, detailed bug reports.
• ability to design test scenarios with limited documentation.
• good understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• good command of English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems,

strong hands-on experience in manual, exploratory, regression, and system testing,

ability to analyze defects and prepare clear, detailed bug reports,

ability to design test scenarios with limited documentation,

good understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC),

technical degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field,

experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools,

good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

experience testing EVs or DC charging systems,

knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols, including OCPP, CCS, and CHAdeMO,

basic knowledge of Python or another scripting language,

familiarity with Robot Framework,

SEP electrical qualifications and a Category B driving license,

experience mentoring or supporting junior testers.
