Job summary

3-GIS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale telecom projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage scope, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications, with weekly progress updates and mentorship for PMO staff. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years PM experience are required; PMI PMBOK knowledge is expected, PMP certification is a differentiator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with legacy technology (Smallworld and Ericsson Network Engineer) preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• PMI PMBOK understanding; PMP certification differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management to large-scale programs and leads project teams.
• Defines success criteria and manages scope, budget, and schedule.
• Monitors risks, issues, and actions; reports to stakeholders.
• Leads internal and client-facing project meetings and weekly status updates.
