At T-Mobile, he led IT Business Consultancy, overseeing IT Strategy, Innovations, and IT Billing, Rating, and Invoicing Services. He also held international IT roles at Deutsche Telekom. After T-Mobile, Lubos spent 7 years as the Director of Consulting Services at CGI. His certification as a coach and his blend of leadership and technical expertise make him ideal for guiding our team to new heights.

• Working on projects for customers from the Telecommunications/Media sector

• You will be a counterpart for the client in solving major issues and tasks in their IT domain. It will be advantageous, if you also understand the Telecommunications/Media business, as IT and business are more and more interconnected

• Coordinating the assigned project teams and guiding junior colleagues within your area of expertise

• Proactive and savvy participation in new business development (up-selling on current projects, pre-sale and offering creation for new business opportunities)

Requirements of the role

• 5-15 years of experience within a multinational or local Technology firm (Telecommunications/Media Consultancy background preferred)

• Experience and proven track record in delivering projects with a strong technology component

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology

• Strong knowledge of the Business processes within the Telco/Media industry

• Advanced user of MS Office package (Excel, PPT, Word)

• Excellent analytical thinking, quick-learner, strong attention to details

• Great communication abilities

• Team player

• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
