Job summary

evoila is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design automated data center and telecommunications solutions. You will work on customer projects, develop architectural concepts, and lead implementation roadmaps in a remote-friendly setup.

The role requires 3+ years with VMware Telco Cloud Platform and 5+ years in SDDC, with strong knowledge of SDN, VNF/CNF, and Kubernetes (Tanzu/OpenShift). Fluency in English or German is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with VMware Telco Cloud Platform.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Software Defined Data Center (e.g., VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF).
• A portfolio of projects in Telco Cloud Platform.
• Very good knowledge of technology and architecture: SDN networks, Telco VNF and CNF, RAN.
• Good knowledge of NSX AVI (Advanced Load Balancer).
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes solutions: Tanzu or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of automation and orchestration solutions: vRO, Terraform.
• Confident appearance, analytical-conceptual skills, teamwork and customer orientation.
• Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with IP networks.
• Fluent English or German (Polish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Recording and analyzing customer requirements in the VCF/SDDC and Telco Cloud environment.
• Creation and coordination of architectural concepts.
• Conducting strategy workshops and consulting on architecture and design.
• Creating implementation roadmaps based on strategic decisions.
• Overseeing the implementation of designed solutions.
• High-end troubleshooting.
