Job summary

Google Cloud’s EasySaaS team is building a core platform layer to enable SaaS providers to deploy, upgrade, and manage services at scale within Google Cloud Platform. You will work on critical projects, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product teams and customers to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in C++, Java, or Go.
• 5 years of experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of a large part of EasySaaS — driving architecture, external APIs, etc.
• Ensure proper scalability and reliability for millions of service instances.
• Provide technical oversight over project delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with product, stakeholders, and customers to translate needs into technical designs and roadmaps.

• Own the technical direction of a large part of EasySaaS — driving architecture, external APIs, etc.
• Ensure proper scalability (many SaaS service producers are deploying millions of instances of their service) and reliability.
• Provide technical oversight over the delivery of projects and their quality.
• Work with key stakeholders and key customers — both internally and externally (in cooperation with the product) — to translate their needs and constraints into technical designs and technical roadmaps.
