Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with deep hands-on experience in Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem. The role mixes client-facing consulting (about 50%) with solution delivery and architecture (50%), shaping designs, architecture definitions, and technical excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong Azure and Microsoft ecosystem expertise.
• Experience delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience with presales activities and proposal creation.
• Strong solution architecture knowledge (APIs, containers, serverless, data platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in software development or data engineering.
