Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a technically adept Customer Success professional to serve as the technical account leader for large enterprise clients. You will collaborate with CSMs and TAS, ensure reliable and secure deployments, and guide customers through complex AECO workflows including Revit and Forma in global deployments.

Your role will emphasize proactive governance, data-driven recommendations, and strategic engagement to improve adoption and outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience with AECO products (Revit) and cloud services (Forma) for large enterprise clients.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German/other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and enterprise troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with presentations and data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
• Proficient in conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with workflows and data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical POC with customers and coordinate with CSM and TAS in success plans.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues; monitor service level compliance.
• Provide technical recommendations based on data analytics for Enterprise customers.
• Adopt problem management to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT/design groups for installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk apps.
• Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption and success plan execution.
• Engage proactively through regular case reviews and performance assessments.
• Lead event management for major upgrades and changes.
• Share insights and governance on customer health and technology strategy.
