Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a senior Veeva Vault Specialist to lead design, deployment, and configuration of Vault solutions in a hybrid Poland team. You will translate business needs into scalable tech capabilities, collaborate with Product Owners, and guide vendors through solution designs.

The role requires 7+ years in regulated enterprise apps, 5+ years with Veeva Vault, and strong Agile/SAFe knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
• Veeva certification (Administrator, White Belt, Platform Associate, or equivalent) preferred.
• Knowledge of Veeva domains, integrations, APIs, and regulated environments (GxP, CSV/CSA).
• Experience in multinational organizations with exposure to AI-enabled product delivery and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize and evolve the product roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership across discovery, design, implementation, and hypercare phases.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Assess the impact of enhancements, releases and integrations across the Veeva ecosystem.
• Support validation, risk assessment, change management and audit readiness activities.
• Act as the Veeva subject matter expert, guiding vendors and reviewing solution designs.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization and innovation.
