Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Tax Financial Analyst to join our tax
team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in corporate income
tax, VAT/GST, and indirect tax across multiple regions (APAC, Canada,
Europe). You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and key external
partners to ensure compliance, enhance tax processes, and drive operational
excellence

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate preparation of CIT, VAT, GST, and other tax returns in

  • collaboration with outsourced partners

  • Conduct thorough data quality reviews prior to submission

  • Support CIT/VAT audits and prepare tax accruals in quarterly cycles

  • Advise finance, accounting, and operational teams on tax compliance

  • and best practices

  • Update tax calendars and enforce internal controls to ensure all

  • compliance deadlines are met.

  • Monitor legislation changes and assess business impact

  • Prepare investigative reports and perform initial tax issue analysis

  • Manage system tax rate updates and data integrity

  • Identify and implement enhancements to tax workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years’ experience in international tax and accounting

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

  • Solid understanding of journal entries and financial statements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Experience

  • Public accounting or technology sector background

  • Hands-on CIT/VAT knowledge in international environments

  • Familiarity with tax automation tools or tax technology platforms

  • Experience using ERP and tax software

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

120000 and 180000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
